Qualification:
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang beauty clinic / kecantikan/ sales online.
Terbiasa berkomunikasi melalui chat/ telfon dan memiliki kemampuan copywriting persuasif.
Terbiasa menggunakan WhatsApp Business, Instagram DM, dan platform marketplace.
Memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai dunia estetik, penjualan, analisis pasar, dan konsep
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
Disiplin, cepat tanggap, dan mampu bekerja dengan target.
Job Description:
Menangani pertanyaan dan inquiry dari calon pelanggan melalui Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, marketplace, dan kanal digital lainnya.
Memberikan informasi lengkap dan akurat mengenai produk, perawatan, promo, serta layanan klinik.
Melakukan follow up leads secara aktif hingga terjadi penjadwalan treatment atau transaksi.
Mengelola dan mencatat seluruh data leads serta status konversinya ke dalam sistem atau laporan harian.
Mencapai target penjualan bulanan yang telah ditetapkan oleh manajemen.
Menjaga citra brand klinik dengan pelayanan komunikatif, profesional, dan sesuai brand tone.
