• About the role :

PT HUA LONG CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY INDONESIA is seeking an experienced Finance Assistant and Procurement Assistant to join our team in our Jakarta office.

• Your Duties as a Finance Assistant :

1. Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents

2. Maintain accurate financial records and databases

3. Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting

4. Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

5. Provide administrative support to the Finance team as needed

6. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies
   

• What we're looking for Finance Assistant :

  1. Able to communicate using Mandarin.

  2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting support role, Freshgraduate are welcome

  3. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail

  4. Proficient in using financial software, spreadsheets, and other office tools

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  6. Ability to work well in a team and independently

  7. Familiarity with administrative procedures and financial reporting

• Your Duties as a procurement Assistant :

  1. Assist in the purchasing and procurement of materials required for projects.

  2. In charge of incoming and outgoing project correspondence.

  3. Analyze purchase requirements and determine the most cost-effective procurement method.

  4. Rotate in various departments to gain a holistic understanding of the company operations.

• What we're looking for Procurement Assistant :

1.  Bachelor’s Degree in any major, preferable from Engineering Major.

2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Ability to work in a team environment.
