About the role
We are seeking a Senior Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team at PT Berkah Bekasi Ops' in Bekasi, West Java. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing a range of complex accounting tasks to support the overall financial operations of the company. This is a full-time position that offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
What you'll be doing
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and accounting policies
Provide support for financial audits and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial information
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
What we're looking for
A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in the Financial Accounting & Reporting industry
Proficient in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, standards, and regulations
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders
Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
