About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Accounting Staff to join our dedicated finance team at PT Berkah Bekasi Ops' in Bekasi, West Java. This is a full-time role that will be responsible for supporting our accounting operations and contributing to the overall financial health of the company.
What you'll be doing
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including processing invoices, receipts, and payments
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
Performing data entry and reconciliation tasks to ensure the integrity of our accounting systems
Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed
Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective financial management
Adhering to all relevant accounting regulations and internal policies
What we're looking for
A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the Accounts Officers/Clerks sub-industry
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
A proactive and problem-solving mindset
