Factory Manager

We are looking for Factory Manager in Kendal, Jawa Tengah right now!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for managing new products development

• Responsible for managing all day today of manufactory operation and safety to achieve targets for production and quality standard for all customers (local & USA market).

• Full responsible for budgeting plan and to achieve the budget.

• Overseas all aspects of production process quality standard safety and always  giving continuous improvement initiative in production and quality.

• Managing the all process of manufacturing with implementing:

• Better looking practice.

• Improve efficiency and productivity.

• Manage and have the ability to motivate and set good team work.

• Project management, development and execute all project plans for new product and projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or experience in Factory Manager, manufacturing management

• and business operation more than 3 years.

• Bring your manufacturing and leadership experiences into this role and be the driving force behind the continuous growth and improvement.

• Project, process track record in developing and executing project plan for production and warehouse enhancement.
