Using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or other general video editing software.
Applying creative direction and feedback from the scriptwriter, production team, or talents.
Collaborating with the team to brainstorm, refine, and elevate video storytelling.
Making creative decisions during editing from pacing, sound design, to choosing the right moments to enhance visually or musically.
Can understand and use AI tools to speed up or enhance your workflow (e.g., captioning, visual enhancement, ideation).
Are very comfortable with editing, you enjoy cutting, pacing, color grading, and making videos flow naturally.
Have experience editing social media content, especially short-form platforms like TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
Understand camera basics (composition, lighting, frame rate, shot types) to communicate well with the production team.
Have a creative taste — you know what looks good, what feels right, and what keeps audiences watching.
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro & Photoshop.
Can understand or communicate in English (passively or actively).
Interested in big content creators and the creative process behind viral videos.
Always pushing yourself to improve and redefine what a “perfect” video means.
Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines early without sacrificing quality.
You’re quick to learn and adapt to new editing strategies, reducing the need for detailed notes.
Most importantly, you’re passionate about storytelling through editing and excited to grow with a creative team.
