Responsibilities :
Identify and secure new business opportunities in target IT markets and corporate sectors.
Analyze market trends and client needs while staying updated on new technologies to drive sales performance.
Generate qualified IT leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, online channels, and industry events.
Understand client business challenges and propose customized IT solutions that align with their goals.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams, including HR and engineering teams, to develop effective sales strategies and ensure smooth project handovers.
Provide regular reports to management on sales pipeline progress, key client updates, and overall performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from any major, preferably in IT or Business-related fields.
At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in IT solutions, software development, or tech consulting.
Proven track record or portfolio demonstrating successful B2B sales and client relationship management is preferred.
Strong understanding of IT solutions, including Cloud Computing, ERP, System Integration, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services.
Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business benefits for clients.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of building rapport with key stakeholders and management.
Target-driven, results-oriented, and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and in a team.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a must
Having an established professional network or client connections in relevant industries is preferred.
Willing to travel for client meetings, events, or project needs.
