The Gig:
We need a rockstar Manager who lives and breathes the food and beverage scene. This isn't a desk job—it’s a hands-on, in-the-trenches leadership role. You’ll be the captain of our ship, guiding our awesome team, connecting with our guests, and ensuring every slice that leaves our kitchen is pure perfection. You love the energy of a busy service and aren't afraid to jump on the line, run food, or charm a customer.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the Crew: Manage, schedule, and inspire our team of young, energetic cooks and front-of-house staff. Foster our cool and collaborative culture.
Own the Guest Experience: Create a welcoming, fun, and memorable environment for everyone who walks through our door. Handle feedback like a pro.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, inventory ordering, quality control, and maintaining our high standards of cleanliness.
Financial Smarts: Manage cash handling, P&L reporting, inventory mangement and labor costs to keep our business thriving.
Marketing & Vibe Curation: Help us grow! Get involved in social media, local marketing, and finding new ways to keep our shop at the forefront of the local food scene.
Be a Team Player: You’ll be working alongside your team, not just barking orders from an office. We all roll up our sleeves here.
Who You Are:
A Food & Bev Fanatic: You genuinely love pizza, craft beverages, and the dynamic energy of a restaurant.
A Natural Leader: You have 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role. You know how to motivate a team, not just manage one.
Cool Under Pressure: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can keep the team's spirit high during a crazy rush.
Weekend Warrior: You understand that weekends and public holidays are when we shine brightest. You have full availability to work when our customers are ready to play.
A People Person: You have excellent communication skills and can connect with staff and customers from all walks of life.
