IT Support & System Administrator

Responsibilities :

• Good knowledge in IT strategy and security

• Advance knowledge in Linux, Windows Server and VMware

• Advance knowledge in SAMBA 4, Zimbra, BIND, Apache, Etc

• Advance knowledge in TCP/IP and network protocol

• Prefrred have CCNA/RHCP/MSCA/VCP Certification

• Good knowledge device hardware/appliance

• Experience in maintaining project plan, implementation and documentation

• Good interpersonal skills and analytical skills

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• At least 2 years of experience as an IT Support or System Administrator

• Proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, LAN/WAN networks, and printers

• Good understanding of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems

• Experienced in managing servers (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Email, and Virtualization)

• Skilled in monitoring, backup, and maintenance of network and server systems

• Knowledge of network and system security (firewall, antivirus, VPN, access control)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Able to work independently or in a team, and available for on-call support when required
