We are looking for School Administrator to join our team at the Little Village Child & Youth Development Centre.
Below are the Job Description :
Managing administrative operations of the school, including handling enquiries , processing enrolment and maintaining student records.
Support the management team and coordinate with the teachers for administrative needed.
Assisting with the procurement of supplies and resources required for the school.
Ensuring the school policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Coordinating the organization of school events, activities and communication with parents.
Friendly and welcoming with the parents and visitors,
Job requirements :
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within education or childcare role.
Fluent in English ( spoken and written ).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel , Power point.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, Professional and proactive.
