What is Reservation & Ticketing Officer?
As an Reservation & Ticketing Officer, you are the backbone of every journey we create. From booking flights, accommodations, transportations to preparing trip documents, your role ensures every Peponi traveler (Guestofpeponi's) experiences a seamless and memorable adventure. You’ll work closely with our operation and product teams to deliver meaningful travel like a local.
Responsibilities
Execute flight ticket reservations and adjustments
Manage hotel and trip facilities reservations
Coordinate with local vendors and partners
Support product development building
Calculate and develop quotation for trip request
Prepare comprehensive travel documents for each trip
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 year of experience in the travel industry or travel service or travel agency
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines
Proficient in communication (written and verbal): Bahasa Indonesia & English
Based in Jakarta (this is an on-site position)
