Asset Management System Staff

• Implement the utilization of the freezer asset management system across all countries.

• Perform regular updates and online maintenance of asset data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Coordinate and conduct training sessions on the freezer system for new country markets.

• Publish and deliver training materials related to system updates and new features.

• Monitor and track issue resolution within the system in collaboration with third-party vendors.

• Conduct periodic online data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in asset management, system administration, or data management (preferably in managing freezer system).

• Strong understanding of database systems and online data maintenance.

• Excellent skills in Ms. Excel.

• Good command of English, both written and verbal is a MUST

• Excellent coordination and communication skills, with experience in conducting training.

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to troubleshoot system-related issues effectively.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-country teams and external vendors.

• Willing to be placed at Pantai Indah Kapuk.
