Mechanical Engineer

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree from Mechanical Engineering

2. Experience as a Mechanical Engineer, Process Engineer at Electronic Manufacturing will be advantaged

3. Proficient in interpreting and understanding technical drawings and schematics.

4. Hands-on experience with 2D and 3D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA).

5. Solid understanding of Bill of Materials (BoM) and its application in engineering projects.

6. Capable of conducting failure analysis and implementing effective solutions.

7. Familiar with procedures for identifying and replacing defective parts.

8. Strong command of English, both written and spoken

9. Domicile at Batam

Job scope:

1. Check and review quotation drawings and official technical drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

2. Create, update, and maintain the Bill of Materials for assigned products, ensuring all components are accurately listed and documented.

3. Participate in product evaluations, conduct failure analysis (FA), and support troubleshooting activities.

4. Develop and implement procedures for replacement parts and corrective actions to resolve product defects or issues.
