We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Batam. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone and email
Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on our products and services
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining comprehensive records
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and collaborating with the team to enhance the customer experience
Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathise, and provide effective solutions
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Adaptability and the willingness to learn new technologies and processes
A passion for providing outstanding customer service and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
