Operations Support Officer - Fulfilment Specialist

Product Fulfilment & Quality Assurance:

• Inspect products from factories to ensure they meet company standards and quality control checks
• Product labeling, packaging, and shipment label based on customer order lists
• Maintain detailed records of incoming and outgoing stock

Data Entry & Analysis:

• Manage product and order data using spreadsheets
• Track and update fulfillment progress
• Analyze fulfillment data, avoid bottlenecks or recurring issues in the supply chain, report discrepancies to supervisors
• Generate daily reports for management on stock movement, order completion rate, and quality issues

Coordination & Communication:

• Coordinate with production team, warehouse, shipping team

Administrative & Process Support:

• Document procedures and daily reports

• Bachelor degree (Engineering is preferred)
• Bandung based, work from office
• Fluent in English (reading and writing is a must)
• Proficient in spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
• Prior experience in fulfilments, logistics, warehouse operations is a plus
• Able to work flexible hours depending on delivery or shipment schedule, may need to work during weekends during peak durations or delivery cycles
• Attention to detail
• No drama, achievement oriented
