QA/QC Electrical Report/Document Control

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Experience in QA/QC or Testing & Commissioning documentation is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data validation.

• Familiar with MS Office, PDF tools, and report compilation workflow.

• Able to communicate clearly in English (reading technical test forms).

• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

• Fresh graduates with a strong analytical mindset are welcome to apply.

• Available to join immediately is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compile and verify daily/weekly SAT reports for all equipment.

• Cross-check test data, instrument readings, and photos for validity and compliance.

• Review and verify completeness of test evidence (photo, signature, etc.).

• Prepare and finalize submission reports to project stakeholders.

• Coordinate with testing teams to ensure documentation consistency.

• Track and update report status (In-progress, For Review, Revised, Approved).

• Maintain proper documentation control and naming format.
