Production Engineer

📍 Location: Karawang – PT HLI Green Power

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure production processes meet target output and quality standards

• Monitor and ensure compliance with SOPs, control plans, and check sheets

• Analyze field issues to improve operation rate and yield performance

• Ensure production stock accuracy (actual vs. system)

• Prepare and provide analytical reports using Big Data tools (Spotfire, Power BI, etc.)

• Maintain workplace safety and implement 3R5S in line with company standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering

• Minimum 2 years and maximum 5 years of experience as a Production Engineer

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of Big Data Analysis tools (Spotfire, Power BI, Minitab, etc.)

• Capable of conducting time studies and method improvement

• Familiar with Root Cause Analysis tools (Root Cause Diagram, 5 Why, 7 Tools)

• Experienced in updating engineering documents (SOP, Control Plan, PFMEA)

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

• Basic knowledge of mechanical and automation systems is an advantage
