IT Admin (for Visinema)

Job Description :
- Manage IT administration and invoicing processes, including purchase requests, vendor billing records, and verification
and reporting of monthly IT expenses.
- Monitor infrastructure and prepare regular system health reports.
- Manage Google Workspace / Office 365 / VPN / NAS, as well as user authentication and access systems across divisions.
- Manage IT asset inventory, including procurement, distribution, and maintenance of equipment.
- Create and maintain IT technical and administrative documentation, including network topology, configuration guides,
SOPs, and system maintenance logs.
- Manage system integration processes, internal tool deployments, and digital asset storage

Job Requirement :
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related
field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or IT Support.
- Familiarity with creative environments or media production companies is a plus.
- Experienced working with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Familiar with Google Workspace / Office 365 / Active Directory / SSO tools.
- Understanding of backup, recovery, and data security procedures.
- Experienced in working with IT vendors and managing administrative documents as well as purchase invoices.
- Able to work independently, multitask, and respond quickly to requests from various divisions.
- Communicative and capable of explaining technical solutions to non-technical users.

Specific Skills Needed :
- Experienced in creating network diagrams and system setup documentation.
- Able to manage IT asset inventory data and software licenses.
- Experienced in handling invoices, purchase requests, and IT expense reporting.
- Proficient in using Google Sheets, Docs, and Project Management Software.
- Capable of working with priorities and tight deadlines
