Manage and maintain customer data using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and in-app channels to boost engagement and retention.
Create and manage CRM content, including copylines, campaign stories, and key visuals in collaboration with the design team.
Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with content, digital, and sales teams to align CRM initiatives with overall marketing goals.
Track and report CRM performance (open rate, CTR, churn rate, CLV) for ongoing improvement.
Support website content development to ensure brand consistency and SEO alignment.
Bachelor’s degree in any major.
Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or email automation.
Proficient with CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp).
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with keen attention to detail.
Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
Experience or understanding of SEO, content optimization, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console) is a strong plus.
Willing to be assigned in Head Office, Senayan, Central Jakarta.
