Job Descriptions:
Responsible to Setting Policy, Enrolment member process and membership card personalization
Responsible to Prepare a regular report t (daily, weekly, monthly) and ad hoc report
Responsible to Accountable an a daily operations to meet productivity or service standard as defined by management in line with department and/or division Escalate any operational issues or irregularities to the Supervisor in.
Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with company SOPs.
Coordinate with internal teams (such as Claims, Provider, and Customer Service) to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of experience in insurance operations, TPA, or administrative role.
Good understanding of operational processes.
Proficiency in using MS Office (especially Ms Excel)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data report handling.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work under supervision, follow standard procedures, and manage tasks efficiently.
Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
