HRD – Manufacturing Industry (Placement: Serang Area)
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as HRD / HR Officer in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Strong understanding of labor law, BPJS, PKWT/PKWTT, and industrial relations.
• Experience in HR administration, recruitment, payroll input, and factory licensing support.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to be placed in Serang area.
Job Description:
• Manage and oversee HR operations in factory, including recruitment, training, and employee administration.
• Ensure labor law and company compliance, including handling or coordinating factory permits and manpower reports (Disnaker, OSS, etc).
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary cases, and maintain good relations with government institutions.
• Support training, performance management, and employee development programs.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and regulatory documents accurately and timely.
