Job Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly sales targets in assigned area
Build & maintain relationships with distributors and retailers
Implement sales strategies & promotional programs to boost brand presence
Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer preferences
Analyzing sales data to understand trends, identify opportunities, and improve sales performance
Understanding of FMCG sales, market trends, and consumers
Lead, coach & motivate the sales team for top performance
Reports sales and market feedback with management
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field
Solid experience in FMCG sales (area management experience preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & presentation tools
Strong communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills
Willing to travel & work in a fast-paced environment
Valid SIM A (driving license)
Open to placement anywhere in Indonesia
