Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

  • Melaksanakan kegiatan operasional pengiriman ke customer yang telah ditetapkan oleh atasan dengan efektif dan efisien.

  • Mengumpulkan dan memeriksa seluruh dokumen/ data yang berkaitan dengan hasil peneriman barang yang telah diterima customer.

  • Mencatat jumlah dan jenis barang yang diterima sesuai dengan Dokumen pendukung dan mencatatkan kedalam Odoo dan Gsheet Regional.

  • Membuat data base customer dan memberikan feedback tingkat kepuasaan kepada pelanggan dan keluhan mengenai pengiriman langsung ke customer

  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim Gokomart ( SM & SC ) juga tim logistik terkait rencana pengiriman barang langsung ke Customer

Kualifikasi

  • Memiliki pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan diutamakan jurusan pertanian/perkebunan atau SMA dengan pengalaman yang sama selama 2 Tahun

  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai Customer Service/staff warehouse-Logistik khususnya di bidang Jasa (memiliki latar belakang di bidang Perkebunan Sawit lebih baik)

  • Berdomisili di Kalimantan Barat (Wajok/Jungkat)

  • Keterampilan komunikasi verbal dan tertulis yang baik.

  • Pekerja keras dan mau belajar.

  • Keterampilan organisasi yang baik dan detail oriented.

  • Kemampuan dalam administrasi dan Microsoft Offic
