Head Of Production (Slitter)

A Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

5-7 years of experience working with slitting machines in BOPET or BOPP film production, with a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory or in-charge role.

Able to speak English is a must

Experience working within a packaging/converting manufacturer – preferable

Strong understanding of slitting machine operations, film properties, tension control, and rewinding techniques

Ability to lead and supervise teams, assign tasks, and monitor the workflow on the shop floor

Effective communication skills to coordinate with the production, quality, and maintenance departments.

Overseeing and managing the slitting operations for BOPET & BOPP film lines

Conducting regular checks on slitting machines to ensure smooth operation and performing preventive maintenance when necessary

Willing to work in shift

Willing to be placed In Kawasan Modern Cikande - Serang Banten
