About the role
As a Purchasing Admin at PT Chiringuito Del Kabron (El Kabron Bali), you will play a vital role in supporting the procurement and inventory management functions of this dynamic hospitality company based in Pecatu, Kabupaten Badung, Bali.
Education & Background
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Administration, Accounting, Management, or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of experience in purchasing/administration is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Strong administrative and documentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and purchasing/ERP systems.
Detail-oriented, accurate, and well-organized in handling data.
Basic negotiation skills with vendors/suppliers.
Good understanding of purchasing flow, from purchase requests to goods receipt.
Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage (F&B) products and supplies.
Character & Personality
Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Capable of multitasking and working under deadlines.
Additional (Preferred)
Candidates currently residing in Bali are preferred
Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics management.
English proficiency (at least passive, active is a plus).
Experience in dealing with both local and international vendors is an advantage.
