Job Title: HR Staff
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: HR Manager
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
To support day-to-day human resources operations including employee administration, attendance and payroll management through Talenta system, recruitment assistance, and HR documentation to ensure smooth HR processes and compliance with company policies and government regulations.
HR Administration & Documentation
Maintain and update employee data in both physical and digital records.
Ensure all HR documents (contracts, warnings, promotions, resignations, etc.) are properly recorded and archived.
Assist in preparing HR-related letters, reports, and forms.
Attendance & Payroll Management
Manage daily attendance, leave, and overtime data in Talenta.
Ensure accurate input and validation of data related to payroll processing.
Coordinate with HR Manager for monthly payroll run and ensure all supporting data are complete.
Recruitment Support
Assist in job posting, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment documentation.
Support onboarding process for new employees.
Employee Data & Benefits
Update employee personal and employment information in Talenta.
Support registration and maintenance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan.
Assist in handling employee benefits such as medical claim, allowance, and other HR services.
HR Reporting
Generate HR reports and analytics using Talenta (attendance summary, employee list, turnover, etc.).
Support HR Manager in preparing monthly and annual HR reports.
General HR Support
Coordinate with other departments to ensure HR processes run smoothly.
Assist in internal HR projects such as training, employee engagement, and ISO-related HR data.
Support compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor law.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resource Management, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR administration or similar role.
Experience in using Talenta HRIS is mandatory.
Good understanding of HR processes, attendance, and payroll systems.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Good communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and HR digital systems.
