HR Staff

PT Tempopress International Delivery is a leading contractor in the nickel mining industry, committed to operational excellence, safety, and supporting national economic development. We are expanding our project site team and currently looking for an HR Staff who will play a crucial role in supporting both recruitment and HR administration at our Siuna & Kabaena project site.

Job Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Conduct the recruitment process to fulfill headcount requirements at the Siuna & Kabaena Project Site for entry-level roles including staff, crew, drivers, and operators.

• Input and maintain the database of employees.

• Prepare candidate documents for offering letter submissions.

• Assist the Trainer Team with User Interviews and Unit Test.

• Input daily attendance and beginning shift reports submitted by each department PIC.

Administration

• Prepare induction data for new employees, including attendance forms and employment agreements (SPDK).

• Distribute EPR (Employee Performance Review) forms to each department PIC on a monthly basis.

• Submit leave requests for staff, crew, drivers, and operators.

• Handle SPL (overtime work requests) submissions for the HR department and compile weekly SPL reports from each department.

• Prepare BTA (Business Travel Allowances) and BTI (Business Travel Itinerary) for business travel of site personnel.

• Compile and maintain daily training data records.

• Prepare and manage attendance data, including manual attendance from the field.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law, Psychology, HR Management, or Industrial Engineering.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in HR or administration roles within mining operations (preferably nickel) or related industries.

• Strong knowledge of mining processes and heavy equipment.

• Willing to be placed at Siuna (Sulawesi Tengah) or Kabaena (Sulawesi Tenggara) project site on a roster schedule.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work under pressure in a remote project environment.

• Placement: Siuna, Banggai Regency - Central Sulawesi or Kabaena, Bombana Regency - Southeast Sulawesi

• Roster system: 12 weeks onsite / 12 days off

• Facilities: Site accommodation, meals, transportation, BPJS, and laptop
