Job Description:

• Research and identify trends in the chemical and industrial materials sector.

• Conduct market analysis to discover opportunities and potential gaps in the product range.

• Create the ideation and conceptualization of new chemical products, from initial idea through market introduction.

• Work closely with R&D and production teams to ensure product concepts are translated into effective and safe formulations.

• Develop and implement testing methods to evaluate product performance, stability, and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards throughout the product development process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.

• Possesses strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to support innovation and problem-solving.

• Demonstrates excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to handle technical challenges effectively.

• Shows a strong passion for chemical products, process improvement, and innovation.
