Job Requirements:
Min. Bachelor's Degree in Law / Psychology / Human Resource Management
Has a working experience in the same position min. 3 years, preferred from property or hospitality industry.
Lead and manage Workday (HRIS) processes, ensuring the accuracy of the data and completing required tasks in a timely manner
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, COUNT, IF, Pivot Tables) in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
Willing to be placed at Menara Jakarta - Central Jakarta or Grand Galaxy Park - Bekasi
Responsibilities:
Carry out activities related to the employee which include work schedules, attendance recap, leaves, promotions, mutations, demotions, and terminations in accordance with policies from the Government and the Company and SOPs that apply in the Company.
Facilitate employee performance appraisal activities in accordance with a predetermined schedule.
Perform administrative activities and documentation of the employment process including attendance reports, overtime recaps, promotions, mutations, demotions, and terminations.
Monitor employee employment contracts and perform follow-up administration of employment contracts.
Updating all headcount data changes such as: updating employee identity data, adding new employees, resignation / termination, promotion / promotion and mutase / rotation periodically and based on the applicable Organizational Structure.
