1. Drive online sales growth across multiple marketplace platforms.
2. Develop and execute promotional strategies and creative concepts for sales campaigns.
3. Analyze marketplace performance using sales data and implement strategic improvements to optimize revenue.
4. Collaborate closely with marketing team to deliver impactful promotional initiatives.
5. Manage customer interactions, including responding to inquiries and overseeing store reviews/ratings.
6. Plan, coordinate, and manage live shopping events to boost engagement and sales.
7. Oversee end-to-end inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and product availability.
8. Monitor and coordinate logistics to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
9. Maintain and enhance online store ratings while building and preserving customer trust.
10.Conduct comprehensive market and competitor research to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Job Requirement
1. Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing marketplace platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, etc.).
2. Strong understanding of marketplace promotional tools (ads, flash sales, vouchers, etc.).
3. Creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging sales campaigns.
4. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for sales tracking and reporting.
