Qualifications & Skills :
Male/Female (18 - 28)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Bachelor's degree or diploma
Able to communicate in English (Chinese is preferred)
Customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
Have a good attitude, willingness to learn, work hard, honesty, and ability to work in a team
Key Responsibilites :
Greet customers and answer visa-related questions
Explain visa requirements and assist with form completion
Check documents for accuracy and completeness
Respond to inquiries via phone and email
Mantain an organized workspace
Handle complaints professionally, escalating when needed
