Inventory Staff

OATSIDE is a plant-based beverage company founded in 2022, now the #1 oat milk brand in Asia (outside of China). We are looking for an Inventory Staff who will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our Finished Goods and Raw Material packaging materials.

Job Description:

• Monitor inventory movements across all warehouses and storage locations

• Perform reconcile transactions and validate on-hand inventory data with system records

• Conduct cycle count actual regularly and resolve discrepancies

• Prepare and update reports (IRA, aging report, freshness, utilization) for management review

• Process and manage inventory orders to ensure availability and accuracy

• Analyze inventory reports, provide insights, and support process improvements

• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams for smooth operations

• Support audit activities and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Logistics, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management

• Proven knowledge in inventory reconciliation, cycle count, and ageing analysis (mandatory)

• Strong data management and analytical skills with high attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), especially Excel (Pivot, Vlookup, formulas)

• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent)

• Good communication and coordination skills across departments

• Experience in a similar industry will be an advantage
