What You Will Do:
- Ensure optimal store service to create high customer satisfaction
- Develop business strategies to increase the number of customers, sales and profits
- Leading, motivating, guiding and supervising store staff
- Supervise store administration and ensure the work of administrative staff is in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures
- Handle problems arising from staff or customers
What We Need:
- Min. 5 years work experience as Store Manager (supermarket/hypermarket is a MUST)
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead staff and help customers
- Great customers service skills
- Having good analytical and problem-solving skill
- Good time management skills to set realistic deadlines and follow specific steps to reach time-sensitive objectives
- In-depth knowledge of the store's merchandise
- Have a strong orientation on customer satisfaction, with a focus on providing a good shopping experience and building long-term relationships with customers
