Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Melakukan penanganan masalah yang terjadi pada pengemudi selama masa orientasi
Melakukan evaluasi performa pengemudi
Menangani komplain atau kecelakaan armada yang melibatkan pelanggan
Menyusun laporan transaksi operasional taksi setiap harinya
Menyusun aspek dampak lingkungan dan bahaya risiko serta menetapkan pengendalian operasional terkait lingkungan dan bahaya risiko K3 pada pekerjaan didepartemennya
Mengimplementasikan ketentuan operasional terkait system manajemen mutu, K3, Lingkungan, Keamanan informasi dan keamanan siber yang sesuai dengan pekerjaannya
Kualifikasi
Sarjana di bidang Administrasi,Teknik atau bidang terkait
Fresh Graduate atau memiliki pengalaman kerja dalam bidang terkait minimal 1 tahun
Memiliki pemahaman & pengalaman dalam bidang manajemen operasi perusahaan \
Memiliki pengalaman dalam implementasi rencana pertumbuhan untuk mendorong perubahan & kesempatan kolaborasi di perusahaan.
Memiliki dan terus memperbaharui pengetahuan tentang industri transportasi, peraturan dan kebijakan terkait, serta praktik terbaik dalam manajemen armada dan pengemudi
