Supply Staff - Senior

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain good relationship with supplier and all contractor related

2. Finding new supplier or contractor to support company needs

3. Gathering raw data of domestic/export demand, out-out initiatives, new projects, or sales forecasts. Translate these data into sourcing strategies and monthly supply master plan for budgeting, capacity planning, shipment planning, production planning, inventory, and tank ullage preparation.

4. Fullfil monthly corporate sales plan & new product initiatives from commercial team; domestic, export, out-out sales and specialty / HVPs product development, sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors - grow sources of supply / service providers and obtain the best quotes from potential sellers. Make a comparison and evaluation for further vendor selection process. Ensure the best alternative choices among make or buy, local purchase vs importing or buying from competitors or intra-company purchasing.

5. Manage to get purchase orders (PO) within timeline from supply coordinators (domestic purchase, import purchase, out-out purchase and intra-company purchase/sales), verify the accuracy of PO (supplier, product, pricing, quantity, packaging, unit) against PR from CM team, check all supporting/ shipping documents, prepare purchasing proposal and submit to get approval from authorized person.

6. Supervise and closely coach junior team members to achieve the excellent supply operations.

7. Supervise smooth daily routine operation, maintain positive relationship, and strengthen operational cooperation with strategic suppliers both domestic and international level.

8. Responsible for well-preparing, monitoring, and following up government liaison team to ensure that all necessary business licenses are still valid for routine purchasing and ensure 100% comply with government regulations, for example import-export licenses, dangerous goods permit, drug-enforcement-administration permits, narcotic control permit, and excise permits. 

9. Fully responsible for coordinating with custom brokers/ shipping agents and oversea suppliers to ensure that all incoming-exporting cargoes comply with laws and regulation.

10. Manage to ensure that supply operation team will work seamlessly with logistics team for 100% accuracy of Good Receive (GR) and posting the right good issue (GI) within timeline; no discrepancy against PO, maintaining product availability to serve as committed and customer service level. Facilitate, monitor, and provide advice for problem solving if needed. 

11. On daily basis, monitor stock levels versus the real figures remaining in warehouse and storage tanks. Manage to ensure no big differences between replenishing plan and actual sales figure to avoid demurrage, tank overflow, slow moving items, obsolete or shortage. Act as a focal point to call for meeting with key concerned parties, especially CM, logistics for taking immediately actions to minimize impacts or additional operational costs.

12. Manage to ensure 100% on time for stock loss/gain reports (in-outbound transportation, marine transportation and routine operations) and submit to authorized person.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors’ degree in Supply Chain Management, Business administration, Management, Economics (or related).

• Experience a minimum of 3 year as a supply.

• Experience in chemicals industry would be an advantage.

• Able to work in the JABODETABEK area or within the world from time to time as needed.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Good English skill is a must
