Job Descriptions:
Proven expertise recruitment in Mining / Energy / Resources sectors.
Solid understanding of the recruitment process and labor market trends.
Proficient in using various candidate sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, Kalibrr, etc.).
Target-oriented and able to perform well under pressure.
Qualifications:
Minimum S1, preferably from Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Recruitment role, preferably in the Mining / Energy / Resources sectors.
Fluent in Mandarin would be an advantage.
Willingness to travel for business purposes.
Placement: Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat.
