Position : Area Sales Representative
Location : Cirebon, Jember, Lombok, Bekasi, Serang, Banjarmasin & Pontianak
Role Summary & Responsibility :
· Build and maintain relationship with key outlets (market visit)
· Ensure implementation of marketing offer on assigned territory
· Lead and monitor demand generation activities (Trade meets/ Market storming)
· Driving retailer/IWS network expansion, thruput, product mix & realization
· DSR productivity monitoring and coaching (market coverage, PJP)
· Select retailers/IWS for branding deployment
· Gather market intelligence & feedback
· Collaborate within EM and alignment with distributor
· Drive adoption of digital tools (SFADMS, CB/ITP, DMS)
· Track promotional material utilization effectiveness
· Monthly sales performance tracking vs DBP (collaboration with DB)
· Build customer profiling
Requirement :
· Bachelor degree (S1)
· Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in lubricants or FMCG industries
· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
· Proven experience in building relationships with diverse stakeholders
· Knowledge of relevant areas such as distribution and sales operations is desirable
· Have a valid Driver License (SIM A)
· Aggressive and result-oriented, with a strong drive to exceed targets and push market boundaries
· Track record as a brand launcher, successfully introducing and growing new products in competitive markets
· Experience in identifying, evaluating, or executing business acquisition opportunities is a plus
