Front-End Developer (React/Next.js)

We’re a fast-growing early-stage music-tech startup based in Europe, building our development team mainly in Indonesia. Music and tech are at the heart of what we do, and we’re looking for someone who’s excited to help shape the future of our product.

This is a full-time remote contractor role (160h/month), with the possibility to move into a permanent role after a few months.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Build and ship new user-facing features with React.js + Next.js.

• Work closely with our design team in Figma to turn ideas into beautiful, responsive, and accessible interfaces.

• Help us set up and evolve our design system + component library.

• Keep our apps fast, smooth, and fun to use.

• Collaborate with backend developers to wire up APIs.

• Share ideas, review code, and bring your voice to the table in technical discussions.
  

🛠️ What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years building modern web apps.

• Solid experience with React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, etc.).

• Comfortable using Figma and working with designers.

• Understanding of SSR, SSG, API integration, and performance best practices.

• Familiar with testing tools like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

• Bonus points if you’ve used Tailwind CSS + Shadcn UI.

• Strong communication skills — we value clear, proactive teammates.
