Responsibilities:
Visit customers and maintain customer relationships
Identify problems or issues that customers face and give appropriate solutions and assistance
Track and follow up on any inquiries, complaints, questions, and concerns
Provide information about products and services
Review and make changes as needed
Coordinate with sales, tech, and head office to ensure customer satisfaction
Aid the General Manager to ensure the company is delivering the best possible service
Will undergo product knowledge training for 3-6 months
Skills:
Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering
Have an understanding of the manufacturing industry and B2B
Have at least 3 years of experience as a supervisor or manager
Good communication skills, not just towards customers but also internally with different departments within the company
Computer literate and able to make PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Fluent in English or Mandarin
Likes to travel and has a driving license
Service-oriented and able to build and maintain relationships with customers
Have leadership and managerial skills
High adaptability and like to learn something new
