We are looking for an enthusiastic Social Media and Brand Specialist who will lead the development and execution of social media strategies, manage brand presence across all platforms and oversee partnerships with third parties for online and offline initiatives across all Brands under Aganaya Group.
This role focuses on driving brand growth and engagement across both online and offline platforms through strategic partnerships and compelling content. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our Brands' views creatively. The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our awareness, sales, and growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage daily social media operations, including content creation, planning, scheduling, and monitoring across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Brand's Website)
Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative brand campaigns, including seasonal and product-specific initiatives
Develop and execute social media strategies that align with brand goals and drive user engagement and growth
Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement, traffic, and conversion rates
Create engaging, high-quality content in collaboration with internal teams or external agencies, ensuring all content is aligned with the brand voice and guidelines
Identify and manage relationships with influencers, KOLs, affiliators and community to enhance brand visibility and credibility
Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and budgets with KOLs and influencers for campaigns
Plan and execute partnerships and collaborations with other brands.
Plan, organize, and manage both online and offline events to enhance brand visibility
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on social media performance, partnership activities, and event outcomes
REQUIREMENTS:
Maximum 35 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, influencer partnerships or brand strategy
Fluent in English
Strong leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Experience working with KOLs, influencers, or managing brand collaborations is a plus
Experience in both online and offline marketing initiatives
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, analytics, and influencer marketing
Excellent communication and project management skills
Creative, detail-oriented, results-driven, and a team player
Must work on-site at the office
