About the role
As a Recruitment Staff at PT TUMBUH KARYA ABADI', you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our dynamic organization. This full-time position is based in Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat and will involve collaborating with various departments to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
What you'll be doing
Bachelor's degree of Psychology, Management, or equivalent form reputable university
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and making job offers
Leverage a range of recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to build a robust pipeline of qualified applicants (incl. LinkedIn, Kalibree, etc)
Conduct through candidate assessments, including reviewing CVs, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further evaluations
Provide support in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the organization
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate data
Collaborate with managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes
Manage administration of HRGA, Employee's database, benefit, employee absence, etc
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of experience in a recruitment or human resources role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment in FMCG / Beauty Care Product Company
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with candidates and internal stakeholders
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively
Familiarity with various recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms (incl. LinkedIn, Kalibree, etc)
A passion for talent acquisition and a genuine interest in helping people find their ideal career opportunities
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
Having a talent pool is an advantage
Excellent in database administrative in HRGA role
