Staff Invoicing

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accurate sales records and ledgers, reconciling accounts and preparing invoices

• Collaborating with the sales and finance teams to ensure seamless financial processes

• Assisting with the preparation of month-end and year-end financial statements

• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales accounting or similar financial role.

• Fluency in Mandarin

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with a good grasp of Accounts Officers/Clerks responsibilities

• Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and timeliness

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
