About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join P.T. MULTITUNAS UNGGUL as an Administrative Staff. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of the office. Based in North Jakarta, Jakarta, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.
What you'll be doing
Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as sending quotation to the customers, filing, data entry, photocopying, and organizing documents
Create an invoice & tax forms of the goods
Providing general office support such as check all invoices, delivery orders, and assisting with other office work as needed
Maintaining office supplies and inventory
Performing other administrative duties as assigned
What we're looking for
A new graduate of good secretarial academy or High School
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role are welcome
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional manner
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality in workspace
A positive, proactive and adaptable approach to your work
Willingness to perform other work duties as needed
Effectively work with other coworkers, strong team work skills, strong work ethics and build positive working environment
