Kebutuhan posisi "Shift Leader" yang akan menjadi koordinator dalam proses produksi salah satu kategori produk makanan. Fasilitas produksi bertempat di area Cikande, Kab. Serang, Banten.
Tanggung Jawab :
Mengawasi jalannya produksi.
Melakukan pemeliharaan secara rutin peralatan produksi.
Membuat jadwal operator produksi.
Mengawasi dan menjaga standar kualitas barang yang diproduksi sesuai standard yang telah ditentukan.
Bekerjasama dengan manajer untuk melaksanakan kebijakan dan tujuan perusahaan.
Memastikan bahwasannya pedoman kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja sudah diikuti.
Kriteria :
Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman bekerja di pabrik makanan.
Mampu melakukan perencanaan dan pengorganisasian jadwal produksi.
Mengerti standar keamanan BPOM dan Halal.
Mengerti basic Engineering dan Safety (jika memiliki sertifikasi K3 umum diutamakan)
Bersedia bekerja dalam shift.
Domisili di Cikande, Kab. Serang diutamakan.
