We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to meet our clients’ marketing goals. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of paid search strategy and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max, etc.) across multiple client accounts using Google Ads Manager and associated platforms.
Perform advanced keyword research leveraging tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and Ahrefs; develop negative keyword lists, and implement audience segmentation strategies (in-market, affinity, custom intent, remarketing) for precise targeting.
Conduct comprehensive competitor and market analysis using auction insights, ad preview tools, and third-party analytics to identify optimization opportunities and benchmark performance.
Monitor and optimize campaigns in real time by analyzing metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, Quality Score, and impression share; execute bid strategy adjustments (manual, automated, ROAS, CPA), and A/B test ad creatives and landing pages for continuous improvement.
Develop high-impact ad copy, assets, and creative strategies tailored to specific audience segments, ensuring alignment with client brand guidelines and leveraging ad extensions (sitelinks, callouts, structured snippets) for enhanced visibility.
Utilize advanced tracking and analytics: set up conversion tracking, Google Analytics 4 integrations, tag management, and UTM parameters to measure campaign effectiveness and attribute conversions accurately.
Prepare detailed performance dashboards and reports using Data Studio/Looker Studio or Excel, providing actionable insights, trend analyses, and strategic recommendations based on campaign data.
Stay current with the latest Google Ads features, algorithm changes, and industry best practices by participating in beta programs, attending webinars, and maintaining certifications (e.g., Google Ads Search, Display, Shopping).
Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for ROI and conversion performance.
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting tools.
Can Speak English Well.
Self-starter with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively in a fully remote setting.
Nice to have someone with experience working remotely with international clients or teams.
Google Ads certification is a plus.
