IT Network Junior Officer

Job Descriptions :

• Support the IT team in maintaining and monitoring hardware, software, and networks.

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, workstations, and networking devices.

• Respond to and resolve basic technical issues reported by users.

• Perform routine checks on IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the same field.

• Basic knowledge of device networking, server storage system, and network topology
