About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Logistic Admin to join our team in Bengkong Ratu, Batam, Riau Islands. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial administrative and logistical role, supporting the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
Coordinating and maintaining office administrative systems and procedures
Providing administrative support to the logistics department, including order processing, inventory management, and shipment tracking
Handling various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and general office duties
What we're looking for
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
Proficient in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
Good knowledge of administrative and logistical processes and procedures
A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail
Ability to communicate in English and Chinese is a plus
