Key Responsibilities:
Create production-ready concept art aligned with the stylized, semi-anime/cell-shaded direction.
Lead world-building and visual storytelling, ensuring consistency across all assets.
Collaborate with the Art Director, game designers, and 3D/VFX teams to maintain visual cohesion.
Serve as a primary visual reference for internal and external art teams.
Mentor junior and mid-level artists, providing feedback and quality control.
Define and maintain pipelines, documentation, and best practices for concept art.
Deliver organized design sheets, turnarounds, and mood boards to support 3D, animation, and UI teams.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years as a Concept Artist in game development or a related field, with 1–2 years in a senior role.
Strong portfolio showcasing stylized, semi-anime/cartoon, and cell-shaded work.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or Clip Studio Paint with strong digital illustration skills using a pen tablet.
Ability to maintain consistent art direction across all deliverables.
Solid knowledge of stylized anatomy, environmental, and asset design.
Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and color theory.
Experience creating production-friendly concept sheets, turnarounds, and documentation.
Passionate about video games, especially MMORPGs, RPGs, and Battle Arena genres.
Familiarity with Unity engine and how concept art integrates into 3D/gameplay is a plus.
