RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. End-to-end recruitment (Screening, Interview, and Psychological test/assessment)
2. Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
3. Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
4. Promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
5. Providing assistance in the development and implementation of human resource policies
6. Managing all employee administration processes (BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, Annual Leaves, Sick Leaves, Absences)
7. Overseeing employment status (Promotion, Mutation, Termination, Disciplinary Matters)
8. Maintaining all employee files and records in electronic and paper form
9. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
1. Bachelor’s degree with a major in Psychology
2. Proven experience as an HR Generalist for minimum 2 years
3. Possess a good understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
4. Commendable knowledge of BPJS (Edabu & SIPP), employment or labor laws (Industrial Relations), recruitment, and training
5. Additional HR Training will be a plus
