About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced English Tutor to join our dynamic team at flying horse education sdn.bhd' in East Jakarta, Jakarta. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English language lessons to students of all ages and proficiency levels. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and delivering interactive, student-centred English language lessons that cater to the diverse needs and learning styles of your students

• Assessing students' progress and providing regular feedback to help them achieve their language learning goals

• Collaborating with the wider teaching team to share best practices and contribute to the development of the English language curriculum

• Maintaining detailed records of student progress and attendance

• Providing a nurturing and encouraging learning environment that fosters students' confidence and language development

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience teaching English as a second or foreign language to students of various ages and levels

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students

• Creativity and a passion for developing innovative teaching methods and resources

• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools to enhance the learning experience

• Familiarity with various English language teaching methodologies and a willingness to adapt teaching styles to suit individual student needs
